Week One
The first step is always the hardest step to take! Lets commence this journey together for anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Make up your mind and decide to commit to yourself, you deserve to be healthier. For week one start off with a food log/ journal, practicing mindful awareness. All you need is a notebook and pen, or for the tech savvy myfitnesspal app (https://www.myfitnesspal.com/) is a great tool, or something similar. By the way forgive yourself if you forget something just try to be aware and accountable of what you are eating and drinking. For this week just be mindful of what you are putting into your body.
