Week 2: Talk to a fitness expert!

Eating properly is half the battle, but working out and following a personally tailored fitness program designed by a fitness expert is recommended for best results. For week two go to any gym you feel comfortable working out in, and talk to a fitness expert to get a personally designed training program. So continue with your food journal and see a fitness expert this week for a personalised workout plan!
